Who wants to take 6 months or a year to resolve what can be addressed deeply in one weekend? Hopefully not you!

After making sure that you get settled into your lodgings the night you arrive and heading off to dinner together at a local eatery, we’ll start fresh the next morning with a deep dive Soul Journey so you can receive the exact messages from your soul to align with your life and business.

I’ll share with you the local gems – from the AirBnB where you’ll stay to one of the tasty spots the locals eat at in our Valley that’s known for organic farming and farm to table meals.
I’ll also be treating you to a massage so you can fully relax and get those creative juices flowing!
And I’ve been known to sprinkle in some other ways to be out and about on our land – whether it’s hanging out at our fire pit under the stars, taking a 4×4 drive up to the most breath-taking lookout spot you can imagine or heading down to the river for a refreshing walk.

Paonia, Colorado, is my little slice of heaven. Nestled into a fertile mountain valley with stunning mountain views, our small town is a hot bed of organic farming, wineries and orchard and sustainable living.
Considered the “banana belt” of Colorado, our weather is mild year-round and the hiking, biking and river are simply stunning.
Don’t be surprised if you see cowboys, hippies, millennials, organic farmers, ranchers, artists, retirees, digital entrepreneurs and alternative health providers in our quaint 2-block “downtown,” all living in harmony with nature and one another in this small and dynamic community.
More importantly, the energy on my ranch and in my healing space is fed by the landscape of the Valley – you can feel the solidity of Mama Jumbo and Mt. Lamborn on either side of us, Minnesota Creek running beside us and the wind funneling up the valley bed floor.
With access to hiking trails, sit spots by the river and on top of the mountains from my home, you’ll feel the power of Mama Gaia supporting your journey here.
Nope, we don’t have any stoplights in our little hamlet, but we do have amazing local food, locals with huge hearts and an energetic “vortex” – set against the backdrop of aspens and sage bushes.
You’ll leave feeling heart-warmed that communities and sacred landscapes like this still exist in America!
Paonia, Colorado is approximately:
- 5 hours from Denver International Airport
- A little over an hour from Grand Junction Airport
- A little over an hour from Glenwood Springs/Carbondale
- 90 minutes from Montrose CO Airport
- 2+ hour from Aspen and Telluride
The closest airport is in Montrose, CO. A larger airport is in Grand Junction. Denver International is 5 hours away.

How do I get there?
If you are flying into Montrose, Grand Junction or Denver, you’ll want to rent a car. I have plenty of suggestions for extra outings if you’d like to stay longer.

How long should I stay?
Your retreat lasts 4 days from the night you arrive, to two full days of working together and then checking out the following morning.
Paonia is also a perfect jumping off point to explore other mountain towns (Telluride, Carbondale or Aspen, anyone?) or enjoy some extra time to just decompress and see sites locally.
I’m happy to make suggestions for these optional outings:
- Black Canyon (the second largest canyon in the US after the Grand Canyon)
- Hot springs in Ouray, Ridgway or Carbondale
- Hiking + mountain biking
- Having a relaxing glass of wine at the local wineries
- Shopping, sightseeing or catch a mountain festival in cute mountain towns like Telluride, Carbondale or Aspen
