I've tried therapy and other healing modalities without success. How is this different?
While traditional therapies often focus on the mind, my healing & mentoring is based in shamanic traditions which work to energetically align your whole being – your soul, body, mind and emotions – with your everyday life. My training and gifts empower you to facilitate deep, lasting sustainable transformation that reverberates through your life for decades to come.
I'm hesitant to invest time and resources in myself.

How do we measure our success?
I often have clients say that they received more from a session with me than they did in years of therapy (and I greatly respect and have done therapy myself). Or that their session was one of the most and powerful profound healing experiences in their life.
As my client Susan said, “I went to a therapist and received nothing for it. It just didn’t resonate. I wish I had come to you sooner. You really get to the soul and invite me to take responsibility for my own healing.”
I also often have clients report that the work we did together was a major turning point and built a foundation that continued to produce tangible results three – seven years later.

Does working with you involve plant medicine or psychedelics?
No, my trainings and traditions do not use plant medicine or psychedelics. While I respect these potent medicines and their ability to open you up to greater awareness and transformation, they can also be intense on your body. As one of my students said, “What I like about working with you is that you can have a similar experience to being on plant medicine without the side effects – and still be able to go pick up your kids later that day or go out to dinner with your family.”
